K Fit Updates and Looking Forward

Hi K Fitters!

We made it to 2020! Reflecting on last year, we had some successful fundraisers and drives including the Toy Drive in December with the kid-mom workout (always so much fun to see the kiddos at the gym), the school supply drive, the buddy workout for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Thanksgiving Day workout for BuildOn. We also had a community educational event on pelvic floor health. We love how much great energy our community puts out into the world!

With the new year we have some new classes and an updated schedule.

  • The Link, coached by Genevieve, is strength training and core conditioning on Tuesdays and strength training and cardio conditioning on Thursdays. You will get stronger! These classes start at 5:30 pm.

  • The Rumble, coached by Tiffany, is full body cardio with strength training, with self-care, nutrition, and a love yourself mindset.

  • The Blast, coached by Kayla, is high velocity and challenging. This class is now at 6:30 am Wednesday and 6:15 pm Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • The Renewal, coached by Sarah. This is a deep stretch yoga class focused 100% on releasing and rejuvenating the tight muscles you’ve worked so hard to strengthen throughout the week. The poses are very accessible and your flexibility will increase.

As always, our monthly Tabor Fun Runs are a good way to get acquainted with Mt Tabor and running. All levels are welcome! We also have several trainers who are available for personal training. We currently have a special for new clients, twenty 30-minute sessions for $500.

If you have friends who haven’t tried K Fit yet, we’re offering a New Year’s Special for New Clients: 20 classes for $199. Please spread the word to build our community of strong, fast, fun women.
