K Fit is a fitness studio for women, by women, specializing in group fitness classes, small group fitness, and personal training. More than that, we are about connecting women - connecting them to their health and well being, connecting them to each other and the community of K Fit, connecting them to their inner rock stars.
We are a no-judgment zone; a safe environment for women of all fitness levels to come together, supporting each other, having fun and making friends, all while working hard and getting healthy in both mind and body. K Fit will motivate you to keep getting stronger and more confident in your abilities.
We offer a variety of group fitness classes. Every day is something new - we believe in “never boring, always challenging” - crafted to be effective for the woman who is just getting into a fitness routine, returning to the fitness world after a break or injury, or for the woman who has a high fitness level that is looking to push herself.

Sometimes we need a little extra boost of support where eating is concerned. We have three options to kick start those healthy habits - a 4-, 8-, and 12-week package of coaching combined with nutritional counseling.
In conjunction with Abby Bliss White, we have created the Eat Healthy, Feel Healthy program with K Fit Guide written by Abby with some of her delicious recipes to start you on your path to healthy eating.
SMALL GROUP & PERSONAL TRAINING
This is the place to go when you want a little bit more attention - small group training and personal training gives you focused, tailored, one-on-one or one-on-two or three attention. Great for getting back into working out or for more advanced workouts.
All of our classes utilize a variety of equipment, movements, formats, and intensity, and all of our coaches are personal trainers, so we're able to modify to your level.
Start your week off with a spark. Our cardio/strength workout is the perfect jump start. We combine conditioning (building your lung capacity) with resistance (building your muscles.)
Suzy Jefferies is here to coach the fundamentals. The Foundation is a "kinder" class for those recovering from injury, just getting back into an exercise routine, or for those who are looking to review the proper form for basic movements that we use in all of our classes.
This class will get you in touch with your core on a deep level. Sprinkled with cardio and resistance, the class ensures a complete workout.
End your work week with the Force. We flip our Monday workout around and focus on strength along with your cardio.

This total body workout incorporates elements of TRX Suspension Training for gaining strength and agility and dynamic body weight exercises for improving balance and stability. A workout guaranteed to challenge all levels.
Looking for a midday boost of energy? This 30-minute cardio class is guaranteed to put a smile on your face get your heart rate pumping! And you can combine it with the 30-minute TRXpress class for a full hour of lunchtime workout fun!

Tabor Run, aka "The Happiest Hour"
We spend Wednesday mornings running on the volcano. Whether you're a beginning runner or advanced, you'll increase your endurance with each incline. No one is left behind, and no one is left unchallenged.
*** It is important that you arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to foam roll. If you don't have a foam roller, we have them at K Fit for you to use. We foam roll before class to prevent injury, release tightness in the muscles, and increase range of motion, and we foam roll after class to decrease soreness and promote recovery. Additionally, we have a 10-15 minute warm-up at the beginning of class to get our joints and muscles ready to work out. Please, do not skip this important start to your workout. ***

Charity & Community
While we concentrate on self care, self love, and the love and encouragement of our K Fit friends, we also strive to put energy and care into our local community. Each month we choose a (mostly) local group or charity to concentrate our efforts on. Sometimes the bigger world calls out to us (with hurricanes, fires, and other disasters), but we stick closer to Portland for most of our efforts. Check out our blog posts about past fundraising.
