Based on concepts of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), this class will address breathing techniques to increase intra-abdominal pressure in order to enhance athletic movements during workouts as well as protect the lower back, shoulders, neck, and other joints. This class will incorporate stabilizing exercises as well as movements using abdominal breathing while doing your bear crawl, bird-dog, core strengthening and much more. Learn this technique to enhance your workouts by increasing your ability to move better while protecting your body!
